I founded Wisecup Legal to bring wisdom and courtroom-tested strategy to the heart of immigration litigation. After nearly two decades serving as a litigator within the U.S. Department of Justice, I saw firsthand how federal systems handle complex immigration cases—and where they fall short. Indeed, I've briefed over 100 cases in the federal courts of appeals, and appeared in federal district courts across the country. That experience shaped my mission: to advocate fiercely for individuals and businesses navigating the most challenging legal terrain.
